I held Aiden for the first time tonight! The feeling is indescribable. He fussed when we moved him from the incubator to my chest, but he snuggled right in and fell asleep. He started to snore just like dad.
Grandma Vickie and Papa Chuck met Aiden for the first time today. It’s so good to have my mom here to help during this hard time.
Aiden’s brain scan results came back clear and his umbilical line came out today. He’s having a hard time digesting my breast milk, they want to give him another 24 hours before giving him more.
Today was a good day.

What an amazing family you have made. I know Rosemary (Bebe) is so proud of everyone. I think about little Aiden everyday.
